Will I get a proof before my graphics are printed ??

Yes !! We will never send a design to print until it is a approved by the customer. We aim to have a proof to you within 3-5 days of your online order being placed.​
Please note, it is your responsibility to check designs are on the correct templates and spellings are correct .Any changes to the design after being a approved will be charged for so pleased make sure you you are happy with everything before giving us the thumbs up.

How long will my order take ??

Graphics - The whole process from start to finish takes approx 7-10 working days. Orders that include plastics and fitting may take longer. You will get a notification when your order is ready for dispatch or collection.

Kits, helmets, apparel - All orders will be dispatched in 1-2 business days. Some products do have a longer dispatched period but this is clearly displayed when ordering. Standard delivery is 3 - 5 working days.
Jersey Prints - We aim to turn jersey prints around in a couple of days. If you send your jersey to us for the beginning of the week we will do our best to have it back to you by the next weekend you you are not without a jersey.

Do you install graphics ??

Yes we do. An extra fee applies. Although be don't insist you have new plastics for your graphics to be fitted to, we do make customers aware that any scratches on used plastics may effect the finish of the new graphics. We don't fit graphics made by other companies.

Returns and Refunds
​
We are happy to refund any products that are unused within 30 days if they are faulty. We can't refund on any products that have been customised i.e. jerseys. We are also happy to exchange any mx kits ( as long as unused and un-printed ) if they do not fit.
Any refunds on graphics is minus a £70.00 design fee.
At the moment be do not provide free returns but we are working on it
